How long does it take to get my products?

Usually, we process your order within 24 hours. We've partnered with FedEx and UPS to ensure you receive the best rates and fast delivery. If you're located in the U.S. or Canada, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. For Australia, please allow 5-9 business days. We use FedEx Priority for these countries to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

During busy shopping seasons like holidays, please note that fulfillment times may be longer.

How much does the shipping cost?

For US and Canada:

Where are your products made? Are you a dropshipper?

We are a family-owned business based in Lithuania, where we make and ship all of our products from our warehouses. We are NOT dropshippers.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page when you fill in your delivery address. Every order is trackable and the tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is shipped.

USING YOUR CANDLE SAND

How does an ATOMRA candle sand work?

• Pour the sand wax into a non-flammable container.
• Insert the wick, leaving max 1cm (1/4”) out of the wax and ignite.
• After burning extinguish the candle and wait for the wax to freeze.
• Relight the same wick or replace it to refresh your candle.
• Pull the wick out with the hardened wax.
• Insert the new wick, leave max 1cm (1/4”) out of the wax.
• Ignite and enjoy a new candle.
• No more candles that get uglier with each use.

What type of container can I use?

If you want to know which containers are safe to use with our Candle Sand, pick ones that won't catch fire. Make sure the melted wax doesn't touch the container's edge and that the container doesn't get too hot. The container should be at least 3 inches / 8 cm wide at its smallest point. Always test it to make sure it stays cool.

Also, keep at least 2 inches / 5 cm of sand wax around each wick and use only one wick in a 3 inches / 8 cm wide container. There should be at least 1 inch between the bottom of the wick and the container's base.

What's the burn time?

The burn time depends on how you use the product. Do you relight the same wick or use a new one each time? Do you burn one wick or several at once? How long do you let them burn before changing the candle? These things will affect how long your sand candle lasts.

Each wick is 2.5 inches (6 cm) long and will burn for 15 to 20 hours.

How can I extinguish pearled candles?

There are several ways to put out your candle. You can use a snuffer, dip the wick with a tool, or blow it out gently. If you blow softly, the sand wax will stay in place.

Can I use Atomra Candle Sand for floating candles?

White Atomra candle sand floats on water, while our colored sand is not suitable for use as floating candles. We suggest layering at least 2 inches (5 cm) of white pearls on the water's surface and ensuring that the bottom of the wick does not come into contact with the water. Simply place any decorations you like into a vase, fill it with water until the decorations are submerged, and then add a layer of white Atomra candle sand on top.

Can I reuse the candle pearls after using them as floating candles?

Absolutely! You can remove the pearls using a spoon or a fine-mesh strainer. Let them dry on paper towels, spreading them out to speed up the drying process. Once dry, they can be reused.

Why is it important to choose the thickness size of the wick?

ATOMRA HOME is the seller offering a variety of wicks in different thicknesses for your sand candles.

By choosing the right wick for your candle, you can prevent the melted wax from touching the walls of the container and ensure a safe burn.

• EXTRA SMALL wicks: These are the same size as tealight wicks. Perfect for creating small, tealight-sized candles.
• SMALL wicks: Ideal for vases with a diameter of 8 cm / 3 inches and larger.
• MEDIUM wicks: Recommended for vases with a diameter of 10 cm / 4 inches and larger.
• LARGE wicks: Suitable for vases with a diameter of 13 cm / 5 inches and larger.
• EXTRA LARGE wicks: Designed for larger vases, approximately 18 cm / 14 inches and larger.

Do you have to use a new wick every time?

Sure, you can relight the same wick several times and burn it until it’s used up. Each wick burns for about 15 to 20 hours. We provide plenty of wicks with each pearled candle, so you can refresh your candle whenever you like and make it look new again.

Additionally, you can trim the wick and use the part that hasn't burned yet, or flip the wick to cover the melt pool, which helps avoid waste while keeping your candle looking new. Just keep in mind that trimming the wick will reduce the total burn time.

Do I need to use a wick holder?

No, our wicks are safer because they are not attached to the bottom of the jar. When the wick is almost finished, it falls into the melted wax and goes out by itself. This means if you accidentally leave your Atomra Candle Sand burning (though we don't recommend it as it’s still a fire), the flame will go out after about 15 to 20 hours. Our instructions say to keep at least an inch of space between the bottom of the wick and the container, so the wick will go out before the heat reaches the container.

My wick extinguishes quickly, what am I doing wrong?

The wick might not burn for the full 15-20 hours if the tip is left sticking out too far from the sand wax. When you put the wick in, try to leave only about a ¼ inch of the tip out, just enough to light it. If more of the wick is exposed, it will burn for a shorter time.

How long does a wick last?

Each wick is 2.5 inches (6 cm) long and will brighten your space for 15 to 20 hours.

Are they scented? 

Our Candle Sand Wax is odorless, so you can always use your favourite candle fragrance at any time.

Can I add my own scent?

Yes, llight the candle, allow the wax to melt for at least 10 minutes. Then add a few drops of essential oil to the dissolved wax.

Attention! The essential oil is only used on melted wax.

Is Atomra Candle Sand safe?

Our Candle Sand wax is made from highly purified plant-based wax, burning cleanly with minimal smoke or soot. It does not contain paraffin or any known allergens. Natural and clean-burning wax helps you refill and repurpose existing containers into candles to reduce waste.

You can also take comfort knowing that our Candle Sand's flame is contained within the vessel, and accidental knocks will cause the wax granules to crumble and extinguish the fire.

What are the ingredients?

Atomra Candle Sand wax is plant-based and vegan, burning clean with hardly any smoke or soot. It’s free from paraffin, soy, and any known allergens.

Are they pet-friendly / safe around dogs & cats?

Our candle sand wax is made from plants, burns cleanly, and is safe for pets. Although, keep it away from pets since it has a real flame and isn't food.

Also, if a Candle tips over, the wax granules will put out the flame, making it safer.
